Dirk Kettlewell joined DMJ Sales, Marketing and Distribution as the EVP of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain in 2013. He has 20 years of executive management experience in Retail/E-commerce and Distribution. Dirk previously served as the VP of Sales and Business Development for a large Silicon Valley distributor of consumer products.
Prior to that, Dirk Kettlewell served as the SVP Omni Channel at OfficeMax, where he also served as an officer of the Fortune 500 publicly traded company, and as a member of its Operating Committee. He was responsible for over $5.0 Billion in annual sales revenue. In this role, Dirk had direct responsibility for Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, BTB Sales, Global Procurement, Supply Chain and Value Chain. In 2003, Dealerscope Magazine honored Mr. Kettlewell by naming him as one of the “Top Forty Executives Under Forty.”
Since Joining DMJ , Dirk Kettlewell has played an integral role in creating international partnerships and opening DMJ’s buying and inspection offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam and S. Korea. Furthermore, he has utilized his long-term relationships to maximize DMJ’s supply chain and value chain efficiencies, thus enabling DMJ to pass these savings onto its Retail/E-commerce and Distribution partners in North, Central and South America.
Dirk Kettlewell is committed to many philanthropic endeavors, including the Boomer Esiason Foundation as well as Reggie Jackson’s Mr. October Foundation. In 2003, he was honored by the Boomer Esiason Foundation by being named a “Quiet Giant” award winner. The Boomer Esiason Foundation followed up in 2004, by naming Dirk Kettlewell as the Foundations MVP in appreciation for his dedication in raising over $2.0 million for the fight against Cystic Fibrosis.
